Content Provider / Model Agreement

This Content Provider / Model Agreement ("Agreement") applies to any user who uploads, submits or otherwise provides photographs or other content to AmoreSenzaLimiti for publication or display on the website.

By electronically accepting this Agreement and submitting content to AmoreSenzaLimiti, you confirm and agree to the following:

1. Age and Identity

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.

I agree to provide valid identification and any additional information reasonably requested by AmoreSenzaLimiti to verify my identity and age.

I understand that AmoreSenzaLimiti may retain records of identity and age verification as required by applicable law and payment processor requirements.

2. Right to Upload and Publish Content

I represent and warrant that I have the legal right and authority to upload, submit and publish all content that I provide to AmoreSenzaLimiti.

I confirm that the content does not infringe the copyright, privacy, publicity, image or other rights of any third party.

3. Consent of Persons Depicted

If any other person appears or is depicted in content that I submit, I confirm that:

• The person is at least 18 years old;
• The person has consented to being depicted in the content;
• The person has consented to the content being uploaded and publicly displayed on AmoreSenzaLimiti;
• The person has consented to the distribution of the content through the AmoreSenzaLimiti website; and
• Where applicable, the person has consented to the content being made available for viewing by other users.

I agree to obtain and retain appropriate written evidence of the identity, age and consent of every person depicted in content that I submit.

AmoreSenzaLimiti may request such documentation when reasonably necessary to verify compliance with this Agreement, applicable law or payment processor requirements.

4. Prohibited Content

I agree that I will not upload or submit any content that is illegal or prohibited by AmoreSenzaLimiti policies.

This includes, without limitation, content involving or depicting minors, child sexual exploitation or abuse, rape or non-consensual sexual activity, incest, bestiality, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or other illegal activity.

I understand that prohibited content may be rejected or immediately removed and that my account may be suspended or terminated.

5. Content Review

I understand and agree that all photographs and other user-uploaded content are subject to review before publication.

AmoreSenzaLimiti may reject, restrict, remove or prevent publication of any content that does not comply with applicable law, this Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, the Prohibited Content Policy or applicable payment processor requirements.

6. Consent and Removal Requests

I understand that any person depicted in content published on AmoreSenzaLimiti may submit a request for removal in accordance with the AmoreSenzaLimiti Appeals / Take Down Policy and Complaints & Content Removal Policy.

I agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations concerning consent, identity, age or ownership of content.

7. Compliance with Laws and Policies

I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and with the AmoreSenzaLimiti Terms and Conditions, Prohibited Content Policy, Complaints & Content Removal Policy and Appeals / Take Down Policy.

I will not use the website to upload, distribute or facilitate illegal or prohibited content or activities.

8. Electronic Acceptance

I understand that my electronic acceptance of this Agreement constitutes my agreement to be legally bound by its terms.

I confirm that the information and representations I provide are truthful and accurate.
