Prohibited Activities – Human Trafficking, Exploitation and Abuse

• Any other illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful activity.

Enforcement

AmoreSenzaLimiti may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other appropriate measures.

Where appropriate and permitted or required by applicable law, AmoreSenzaLimiti may cooperate with law enforcement and other competent authorities and may provide relevant information in response to valid legal requests or in circumstances involving an imminent threat to safety.

Users may report suspected violations through the reporting mechanisms made available on the Platform.

AmoreSenzaLimiti maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward child sexual exploitation and abuse, human trafficking, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate content, and fraudulent activity.
