3. VIOLATION OF ONLINE CONDUCT

In the event of your failure to comply with the provisions of this Agreement, or where there are indications or profiles suggesting non-compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, the administrator reserves the right to apply, at its sole discretion, following the examination of complaints submitted by members of the website or upon the request of any authority, without being required to justify the action in any way, without being required to fulfill any other formalities, and without being required to provide reasons, any of the following measures against users who fail to comply with the provisions of this Agreement: issuing a warning; full or partial suspension of the account; full or partial restriction of access to the account; cancellation of the user's account.

4. PAYMENT RULES

At their own responsibility, the user represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years old and reside in the country from which they order and pay for AmoreSenzaLimiti.com subscriptions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the user consents to the automatic execution of payments through direct charges to their credit card.

Their subscription will become active as soon as payment of the corresponding amount has been confirmed.

5. BENEFITS OF THE PACKAGES

TO USE WEBCAM, YOU NEED THE SAME TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTION!

With the MICROSTAR subscription, you can use Chat/Messages with all users who have completed an upgrade.

With the LITTLE STAR subscription, you can use Chat/Messages/Webcam with all users who have completed an upgrade and view users with the STAR subscription (the user with STAR cannot view the user with LITTLE STAR).

With the STAR subscription, you can use Chat/Messages/Webcam with all users who have completed an upgrade, but it is not possible to view users with the LITTLE STAR subscription.

With the SUPER STAR subscription, you can use Chat/Messages/Webcam with all users who have completed an upgrade, but it is not possible to view users with the STAR and LITTLE STAR subscriptions.

With the MEGASTAR subscription, you can use Chat/Messages/Webcam/Audio with all users who have completed an upgrade, but it is not possible to view users with the STAR and SUPER STAR subscriptions.

6. CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

The user has the right to cancel their profile at any time. Please remember that your profile cannot be deleted unless you first suspend your subscriptions.

7. REFUND POLICY

A user who has activated paid services has the right to reconsider their purchase and change their mind. This right must be exercised within 14 days from the date of purchase of the service and only if, during this period, the customer has not used the messaging services with other users or the webcam, chat, or messaging services of the website.

Cancellation of the subscription must be submitted within the prescribed period through:

• directly through the website using the "Contact" option;
• by email to admin@AmoreSenzaLimiti.com

If the user has correctly exercised their right of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded within 2 days from receipt of the withdrawal request, using the same payment method with which the user made the payment.

8. COPYRIGHT

All content of our AmoreSenzaLimiti service, such as logos, photographs, animations, videos, and graphics, may not be reproduced, copied, or used for other services. Registered users are strictly restricted and may not download, print, or reproduce any content belonging to our service. The pages of the website may not be copied, distributed, or exploited outside our website.
